Zurich/Singapore - The Swiss company DKSH is to take over Zircon-Swis Fine Foods Pte Ltd. The service provider plans to expand its food service program in the Asia-Pacific region with this purchase.
DKSH with headquarters in Zurich will acquire the food service provider Zircon-Swis Fine Foods Pte Ltd. (Zircon-Swis) from Singapore. According to an announcement, the market expansion service provider hopes above all for the acquisition to develop its food service area in the Asia-Pacific region. The transaction is scheduled to take place in the second quarter of 2025.
Zircon-Swis is a company that has primarily established itself in the field of delivery to restaurants, hotels, catering, and airline provision. It turns over goods amounting to around 8 million Swiss francs per year. According to the announcement, DKSH will assume the entire enterprise into its consumer goods portfolio. The management and employees will act under the Zurich-based company’s logo in future.
